Terms of service and refunds

Plain terms: what PrunePosts does, what you pay for, and how to get your money back.

What PrunePosts does

PrunePosts deletes the posts, replies, reposts and likes you choose from your X account, through X's official API. Its AI review reads your posts against X's published rules and flags the ones that may break them. A flag is an automated opinion, not legal advice, and it can be wrong: you decide what stays and what goes.

Your X account

Use PrunePosts only on X accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and keep following X's own terms. PrunePosts is not affiliated with X Corp. X can change its API, prices and limits, which can change how fast or how much PrunePosts can do.

Deleting is permanent

A deleted post can't be brought back by PrunePosts or by X. PrunePosts offers a practice run and a backup download before anything is deleted, and deletes only after you confirm.

Plans and usage

Renewing and cancelling

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel any time under Manage billing on the plans page: you keep what you paid for until the period ends, and nothing renews after that. Passes never renew.

Refunds

Unused usage can be refunded within 14 days of paying: write to support@pruneposts.com with the email on your receipt. A refund takes back the usage that payment bought.

If a card's bank reports a payment as fraud, PrunePosts refunds it in full and closes the plan. While a payment is disputed, the account's paid work is paused until the dispute is settled.

Fair use

Don't use PrunePosts to break the law or X's rules, to get around its limits, or to overload it. Accounts that do can be closed, with a refund of unused usage.

No guarantees

PrunePosts is provided as it is. It can't promise that deleting posts will prevent a suspension or any other action by X, and it isn't responsible for what X does. As far as the law allows, PrunePosts' liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

If these terms change, this page shows the new version and its date. Changes don't apply to a period you have already paid for.
